A Thai Herb Compress massage is an exceptional heat treatment, massage and detox all in one.
This specialised full body treatment uses muslin balls of steaming herbs which envelop you in their aroma; a therapeutic mix of ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime and many more. Whilst the heat of the compresses improves circulation and soothes aching muscles and stiff joints, the aromatic oils released from the herbs provide a tonic to nourish the skin and have an energising and balancing effect on the body. A final application of your chosen oils finish this treatment. You will be given your compresses to take home afterwards to further relax and unwind.
